No mortal will ever be able to discover what lies beneath my veil” from the Isis Statue in Sais The High Priestess is the second card in the linear sequence of the Major Arcana and the most mysterious woman in the tarot. She is connected to our unconscious, the Moon, clairvoyance, the womb and the forgotten memories. When she appears in a reading, she reminds us that sometimes we need to pause, reflect and listen to ourselves for the answers that we seek. To create this piece, I used digital collage techniques and spent many hours searching for images in the public domain. I don’t use AI. The print size is 30cm x 40cm (12 x 16”), including the white border for framing. Printed on FSC Certified or equivalent 170gsm / 65 lb uncoated smooth matte paper.
